Leventhal has had several one man art exhibitions over the years but is probably best known for his numerous public works that adorn and define restaurants, hotels, libraries, malls, schools, cafes, hospitals and banks from Toronto to Jerusalem. His commissioned works include designing Tiffany's 5th Avenue windows to a solo show in Bloomingdale's flagship store in Manhattan. He has received a UNICEF award for his contribution to the arts in Canada, and a Queens Jubilee medal for his initiative called the Gift of Friendship, in Shanghai China.

Chef Keung has been working as a professional chef for over 30 years now. His specialty is in Cantonese and Vegetarian cuisines. He is the Head Chef for Red Knot Catering and Events since 2016. He was also the Sous Chef at Golden Lotus Restaurant in Niagara Falls, the Head Chef at Wutai Vegetarian Restaurant in Markham and Chef at Mandarin Golf & Country Club in Markham. Chef Keung enjoys gardening, fishing and spending time with his family.

Chi-Ming Chow is an attending staff cardiologist at St. Michael's Hospital, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is also a Professor in the Department of Medicine, University of Toronto. He has an undergraduate degree in computer science from Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, USA. He completed his Doctor of Medicine degree in 1990 at McGill University, in Montréal, Québec and a Masters of Science in Epidemiology, also at McGill University, in 1997. He completed his residency training in family medicine, internal medicine and cardiology at McGill University. He then pursued a clinical and research echocardiography fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. He had won multiple local and national teaching awards to recognize his teaching and innovation in medical education. He is a winner of the Ruedy Award for Innovation in Medical Education presented by the Association of Faculties of Medicine of Canada and Dalhousie University Faculty of Medicine and the 2009 William Goldie Prize for Innovation by the Department of Medicine, University of Toronto. He is currently a board member and media spokesperson for the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario. To recognize his service to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, he won the Award For Volunteer Excellence in 2007 and the Rick Gallop Award for Pioneering Leadership in 2008. He participates actively in health promotion and research among ethnic Chinese in Canada. He was awarded the Best Community Service Award by the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs in 2010.

Since the mid 1980's, Master Ng has practiced ancient Chinese Geomancy and Astrology to guide many individuals and business people to prosper. His scope covers many walks of life and nationalities.

Shifu has pioneered a distinctive non-representational art form called "Iconography", Yixiang Hua, where he garners Chinese Calligraphy, ink art, painting, and micro-engraving under a single belt.

Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto had celebrated a very special event on Dec 21 - the Winter Solstice（冬至）. This event is as important as the Chinese New Year in the lunar calendar. We had used this day to honour 350 homebound and isolated seniors in our community by serving them with a traditional dinner called “Poon Choy” which symbolizes “togetherness”, a major aspect of our Chinese culture. We wanted to show our elderly we care and remembered them on this important occasion, we were together while staying apart. Special hot meals were cooked at CCC’s kitchen by professional chefs and were packed by CCC directors, staff and volunteers with social distancing in place. They were delivered directly to senior residences and were distributed by the residences’ own staff and volunteers, abiding to the City’s safety regulations. This event was sponsored by Ocean Packers.

Marion graduated from the University of Hong Kong with her B.Sc. (Hon) and taught for 32 years in Toronto at Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School with fourteen years as Science Department Head. An enthusiastic advocate for learning, she wrote curriculum，assessment measures for the Ministry of Education, orchestrated March Break travel programs and under her mentorship, her students won many local, provincial and national Science Fair awards. For 21 years, Marion was Director and was an Advisor of the Chinese Cultural Centre of Greater Toronto. She spearheaded their credited Summer China Study Tour; lead Searching for Your Roots Tours, organized summer camps for families with children adopted from China. Shortly before her retirement, she became a member of the ROM’s Department of Museum Volunteers (24 years) and now a member of the Board of Trustees. She pursued her passion for travelling and vegetable garnishing after her first trip to Bangkok in 1989. Later she met her mentor at a wine tasting event in Toronto and learned the art. Her favourite quote is “practice makes perfect”.

Dr. Benson Lau is a family physician who has been looking after the residents of Markham and the GTA for over 30 years. Dr. Lau has been active in the community helping those in need. He has served on a number of charitable organizations, including Mon Sheong Foundation; Carefirst Seniors and Community Services Association; the Chinese Cultural Center of Greater Toronto, and St. John’s Ambulance.
